About

Meet the designer behind the computer
Hello! My name is Dana Johnson. I live in Tomah, Wisconsin, on a 1,200 acre grain farm where I also raise dairy show heifers that I compete with locally and nationally. I am deeply rooted in the agriculture industry and family values.
My graphic design career began in the fall of 2023 studying at Western Technical College in Lacrosse, Wisconsin. I have always had a very strong passion for art and creating things with my hands. This passion started when I was very young; I always had markers or a pencil in my hand. My mark was certainly left at home where there is gorilla glue spilled on our table and acrylic paint stained and dried on carpet. (Sorry Mom!) This passion led me to Graphic Design, where I hope to share my God-given talents with all of you. I believe that creativity isn’t limited to just design, it’s a way of thinking and seeing the world, and I try to bring that mindset into everything I do!
When I’m not creating, you’ll find me at dairy shows with my heifers and busy fitting and clipping cattle in my chute. I started showing heifers and pigs in 2017 and these industries truly shaped me as a person. They led me to new connections and people that also influenced my decision to go into graphic design. Walking around at these shows you will see banners, stall cards, and beautiful logos that market each farm and animal extremely well. I wanted to walk around seeing my banners hanging in the barns. In any other spare time I have, you can find me helping my younger siblings with their fair projects, or traveling with my boyfriend. Thanks for being here, I can’t wait to work with you!
